Join us for a restorative winter workshop on the cusp of the Chinese New Year (February 17, 2026) – a powerful time to shed lingering stress and prepare for renewal & fresh energy. This afternoon experience flows through three interconnected parts by blending Chinese Elements Qigong, Huna-inspired meditation, and sound healing with vocal toning, laughter and new connections. Facilitated by our own Steve Carallo of the Pai Lum Tai Chi Group NPO and Brandy Frey (Owner, Alchemy Lounge).

The workshop will include:

Water Element Qigong
Inspired by Taoist insights of Mei Jin Lu, three Gentle Qigong exercises that bring attention and suppleness to the spine, fascia, and dural layers through flowing movements that unblock tension in the spinal canal and bring the mind and body into the present.

Inward Alignment & Release
Internal focus with Huna-inspired breathing and forgiveness circle to privately release grief, hurt, and old ties—realigning chakras and opening pathways for renewal.

Outward Expression & New Connections
Reaching outward with joyful laughter techniques inspired by laughter yoga facilitator Sam Rehan, with vocal celebration, and networking —sealing renewal and forging new, rightful connections.
