Empowering Youth Through Martial Arts, Mindfulness & Movement
Young Dragons Rising is more than a youth martial arts class—it's a transformational training ground for strength, focus, and self-respect. Rooted in the same curriculum as our Tai Chi Health Fist program, this experience helps youth develop emotional regulation, confidence, and body awareness through traditional Pai Lum family martial arts.
Students will explore Tai Chi, Qigong, temple strengthening drills, and meditative breathing practices in a safe, encouraging environment. Whether dealing with stress, school challenges, or simply growing up, this program meets young people where they are—and helps them rise.
Foundational Martial Arts Intro to Tai Chi postures, Qigong, and body mechanics for balance, focus, and calm energy.
Breath & Emotion Control Tools to regulate anxiety, frustration, and overstimulation through mindful breathing and movement.
Strength & Coordination Training Safe, engaging exercises to improve posture, physical control, and confidence.
Self-Defense & Boundaries Lessons on awareness, respect, and how to stand strong without violence.
Meditation & Mental Focus Youth-friendly practices for quieting the mind and tuning into self-awareness and inner peace.
